Things You Should Know
What do I need to do to reserve the space?
Colonial Bowling & Entertainment requires a minimum of 10 guest to reserve space through group events. Your event is finalized with an online invoice and 50% deposit. Space will be held up to 72 hours without a deposit. Orders booked online require a minimum deposit at the time of booking.
Is tax and gratuity included in the pricing?
Prices do not include tax and service/gratuity. Private VIP Lounge bookings are subject to an 18% service/gratuity charge.
Can I bring my own food/cake?
Colonial Bowling & Entertainment does not allow outside food with the exception of store bought cakes if you purchase one of our birthday party packages. We will provide plates and utensils.
May I decorate?
You are allowed to bring in decorations for the event area, with the exceptions of glitter, confetti or silly string. We cannot tape items to the walls. Piñatas are not allowed.
Where will my event take place?
Event space depends on the size of your group and is subject to availability. Space-options include. Semi-Private rooms, Private VIP Lounge, The Bar & Grille and bowling areas.
What is the cancellation policy?
The guest has 72 hours once the 50% deposit is applied to the invoice to review and make changes and/or cancel the event without penalty. After 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
